eDailyDiary STORAGE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Every effort is made to back-up the data on the server, every 24hours
• The databases are always backed up, at midnight every day USA Pacific Standard Time
• eDailyDiary is not responsible for any content posted on the site by you.
• You yourself govern your diary
• The session expires every Thirty (30) minutes. Please make sure to save your work every 25 minutes, while writing your diary.
• eDailyDiary is not responsible for the loss of data in any way, shape or form. eDailyDiary cannot be held responsible, in case the server cuts off the session after 30 minutes, and the data is not saved.
• eDailyDiary is not responsible for the loss of your data in case of a server crash.
• In case you need a back-up of your site, the charge will be US $30
• In case of a server crash please allow at least 24~48 working hours to get back on line
• In case any data has been posted by you, just before the crash occurs, eDailyDiary is not responsible for the loss of content

Modifications & Enhancements

• eDailyDiary reserves the rights to add/modify/delete services, pages of the site
• eDailyDiary reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as eDailyDiary deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in eDailyDiary's sole discretion.

SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR DIARY

• Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself
• eDailyDiary is your private diary, and you alone are responsible in maintaining the security of your diary. Please do not disclose your username or password to any person who can unlock your diary, read it, misuse it in any way, shape or form.

STORAGE SPACE AND OTHER GENERAL LIMITATIONS

You agree that eDailyDiary may establish limits concerning use of any eDailyDiary Service offered on eDailyDiary Web Site, including without limitation the maximum number of days that data will be retained by any eDailyDiary Service. The maximum disk space that will be allotted on eDailyDiary's servers on your behalf either cumulatively or for any particular service, such as for storing digital photographs (a service to be introduced soon), and the maximum number of times and duration you may access any eDailyDiary Service in a given period of time.

You agree that eDailyDiary has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by any eDailyDiary Service. You acknowledge that the features, parameters (for example, the amount of storage available to users) or existence of any eDailyDiary service may change at any time. You acknowledge that eDailyDiary reserves the right to sign out, terminate or delete your accounts for any particular Web site or service within eDailyDiary that are "inactive" for an extended period of time. "Inactive" means that you have not signed in to a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by eDailyDiary, in its sole discretion. The amount of time that eDailyDiary currently considers as an "extended" period of time is determined based on the particular eDailyDiary Web site or eDailyDiary Service within eDailyDiary to which it pertains, and may be viewed in the FAQ, or other user information relating to the particular service.

eDailyDiary MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ANY eDailyDiary SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

eDailyDiary Extra Storage Space Service to be introduced soon. Relevant information will be posted on the respective sign up pages. In order to sign-up for the Extra Storage Service, you must have an existing eDailyDiary account.

Lawsuits or other legal problems:
